EASY 'ROAST' PORK

INGREDIENTS
600g Belly pork cut into 4 strips 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp 5 Spice powder 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 2 shakes White pepper Cooking oil to deep fry in a wok

METHOD
Cut the pork into 4 strips and then rub in the salt.
Add garlic powder
Add white pepper
Add 5 spice powder and rub everything well in to the meat. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Put cooking oil in a wok on high heat. Get the oil hot (but not smoking)
Add the meat and fry until it is brown and the fat has gone srispy
Drain well and dab with a paper towel before cutting into pieces
