Heritage trails are developed by local communities and highlight either natural attractions of man made cultural attractions that have significant value. They are found all over the state and various information booklets are available fro tourist information centres or from the Heritage Council of Western Australia.
Trails vary from a few hundred metres to many kilometres and they may be either walking or driving trails or a combination of both.
