So you like one of more of the photographs on our website and would like to use it for your website or publication. How can you do this legally?
It all depends on whether you are interested in using our photographs in a commercial or non-commercial way.
NON-COMMERCIAL USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS FROM WANOWANDTHEN.COM
If you want to use our watermarked photographs for your personal website, blog, school assignment etc., use is completely free of charge as long as you:
1. Credit the photograph source as www.wanowandthen.com in plainly visible text under the image.
2. You do not need to notify us of the use of our images as long as you properly credit us as the source.
COMMERCIAL USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS FROM WANOWANDTHEN.COM FOR REGISTERED CHARITIES
If you want to use our watermarked photographs to help raise funds for a registered charity, you can use our photographs free of charge
as long as you:
1. Credit the photograph source as www.wanowandthen.com in plainly visible text under the image.
2. You DO need to notify us of the use of our watermarked images.
3. If you would like to use a higher resolution version of our images then you will need to contact us directly at: info@wanowandthen.com .
Use of the image will still be free of charge to registered charities.

EXAMPLE: You are printing a glossy paperback book that will have a print run of 5000 copies, for worldwide release with reprints planned
for 5 years and you do not want exclusive use of the photo and do not need to own copyright.

Images that appear on our website watermarked with our logo, are available under the terms of this agreement. All other images are owned by the listed
copyright holders or (in the case of historic images) available freely under the current 70 year rule.
Payment is accepted in full via PayPal prior to any use of our photographs. Cancellations will incur a processing fee of $100au. Payment must be received BEFORE
any high resolution images will be sent. Image transfer will be done via email or via wetransfer.com where necessary. Technical data about images will be made
available prior to any payment being accepted so that you can determine suitability.
