Jarrahdene campsite is east of Caves Road and part way between Augusta and Margaret River.

It is a DPaW campsite and has good facilities including seats and tables, shelters, BBQs, bins and rain water tanks.

Pets are not allowed at this campsite and open fires are banned at certain times of the year. See onsite signs for up-to-date details of this.

There are sites suitable for most vehicles and you need to book in advance if you intend camping here.

The area was once the site of a timber mill back in the 1800s. It was operated by Maurice Davies and closed in 1913. There are still a few remnants of the mill visible today.

A walk trail is being developed and when complete it will feature signs giving you more information about the area.

There are 36 individual campsites in three loops (Whim, Sleeper and Barque), there are also areas set aside for groups (Landing and Siding).
