TALGA TALGA
Located Near the Coongan River. Access was via the port of Shellborough.
Gold mining town.
Dates from aroun 1897.

TAMPA
29 13' S 121 27' E
50 km south of Leonora.
Gold mining town.
Gold was discovered here in the late 1890s.
Tampa was gazetted in 1897.

TARDUN
Originally called UNDATARRA.
28 47' S 115 45' E
41 km south east of Mullewa.
Railway siding.
Townsite was gazetted in 1913 and was named Undatarra.
In 1925 the Secretary for Railways decided that the name was too similar to Utakarra so the name was changed to Tardun.

TAURUS
Located near the abandoned town of Bulong.

TENINDEWA
Previously called 55 MILE SIDING and then KOCKATEA.
28 37' S 115 22' E
15 km west south west of Mullewa.
Railway siding.
The Geraldton to Mullewa railway constructed in 1894 but the siding was not constructed until 1908. The townsite of Tenindewa was gazetted in 1913.
An army camp was located there during the WWII.

TILGA-TILGA
Previous spelling of TALGA-TALGA.

TIMBER CORPORATION TIMBER MILL
3 km east of Greenbushes.
Constructed in 1899. Operated until 1926.

TORBAY C & E MILLAR TIMBER MILL NUMBER 1
5.5 km west south west of Torbay.
Operating from around 1886 to 1888.

TORBAY C & E MILLAR TIMBER MILL NUMBER 2
4 km south west of Torbay.

TREESVILLE TIMBER MILL
33 10.2' S 116 19.2' E
Near the Harris River 40 km east of Mornington.
Opened in 1920 and closed in 1928. Reopened in 1935 and closed again in 1938.
Opened yet again in 1940, finally closed in 1956.

TUCKANARRA
Previously called CORK TREE FLAT and BOYD'S.
27 07' S 118 05' E
72 km south of Meekatharra.
Gold mining town.
Gold was discovered by Boyle and Moore in 1897.
Townsite gazetted in 1899.
The name may come from an Aboriginal word meaning "camp of the wooden dish".

TULLIS RAILWAY SIDING
32 48.4' S 116 23.2' E
At the 92 mile 35 chain mark of the Dwellingup to Narrogin railway line.
Opened by 1922, abandoned circa 1948.

TULLIS TIMBER MILL
29 km east south east of Dwellingup.
Built in 1936 and was closed in 1951.
